The property is over 250 years old and has a modern feel whilst still maintaining a wealth of personality befitting its age. The cottage has gas central heating throughout and benefits from a combination boiler. Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge which will seat six people. Within the lounge there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, music system and a log burner. Off the Lounge there is a kitchen diner with a built in corner bench to accommodate all of the guests in the property. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and two built in fridges, one with a freezer compartment.

Upstairs, the sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (4ft beds) and one twin room with a single bed and built in cabin bed, which is perfect for young children. A travel cot is also provided. One of the double bedrooms has a built in wardrobe whilst the main bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe. There is also a bathroom on the first floor which has a bath and shower unit over with fitted screen. Bed linen is provided in the cost, however you will need to supply your own towels. At the rear of the cottage there is a small enclosed decked courtyard, which acts as a perfect sun trap during the day and is also ideal for barbequing on those warm summer evenings. There is also pedestrian access to the garden from the side of the premises. There is on street parking available at the front of the property; however it is not guaranteed. There is also a pay and display car park just across the road.
